Our objective is to teach meditation to all aspirants through a series of structured and simplified lessons on the principles and techniques of meditation. The meditation technique taught here comes from the great lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda, who authored the all-time-spiritual-classic, “Autobiography of a Yogi”. Himself a great master of Yoga, and representing the great lineage of Indian Rishis and Yogis from the antiquity, Paramahansa Yogananda who popularized Indian spirituality and the unique system of Kriya Yoga in the United States of America.
Apart from fostering intense inner development for us, Meditation holds the beacon light for a better world with peace, harmony and holistic well being of the entire humanity. Today it is widely known that Meditation does reduce and eliminate mental agitations, if it is done correctly for sufficient length of time, with regularity and commitment. Last decade has indeed witnessed numerous scientific research works reporting the hugely positive influence that meditations exert on human brain. “How God Changes Your Brain: Breakthrough Findings from a Leading Neuroscientist” written by Andrew Newberg M.D. and Mark Robert Waldman is one such research work giving a wealth of information on the effect of meditation on human brain.

The only pre qualification that one needs to join this Web School is one’s interest on the subject and willingness to practice regularly.
